Could a big bang happen again?

If The Big Bang truly came from nowhere, would it be possible for another one to spring up out of nowhere, without warning- again? With the bad side effect of destroying our universe while creating a new one? Do the laws of astronomy and/or physics allow for this kind of anomaly?
