Small brown spots on breasts,what are they?

i noticed lots of small brown spots on both of my breasts.they're really small and kinda look like moles. is it normal to develope moles in my age? i'm only 24. should i be worried about these spots? my cousin had breast cancer so i did my own breast examination and didn't find any anomalies,but my right breast feels very very firm and painful to touch.
