Is the Scottish 'Bigot' law defeated before it starts?

The Nationalist SNP Scottish Government had plans to 'rush through' an anti-sectarian' law in two weeks before the new football season starts in July. This could have lead to people being jailed for speaking their minds and would deliberately cause offence to others , if they chose to report the offence of Sectarianism. The nationalist leader and First Minister of Scotland has now backed down because he knows that every part of society is against this rushed law.
