Chase you? Do you mean like you run and she runs after you? That's for kindergartners. If you mean be attracted to you, then you should just find out what she likes, and give it to her. Don't ignore her all of a sudden, that pisses people off. Hang out with her, find out what she likes, get to know her. Flirting with other girls just shows that you're not interested. Showing that you're not interested in anybody but her lets her know that she is the only one that you have your eye on. After you get to know her and such, ask her out. Then she will say yes.
