Are Democrats successful because of people's comfort or trust?

Obama can't lose in 2012 even though repubs are hopeful. 65% of us are democrats now and since 2006 when we turned the country around, we have increased. 2010 was a tight anomaly and the republicans are dropping the ball on that even. The people don't know where the repubs stand or how they can take care of their needs. This is why they will vote democrat.
