Help me calculate my cycle?!?

I would like someone to calculate my cycle for me please. I had my daughter on jan 22/2011. She passed away from a extremely rare heart defect called Ebstiens anomaly. It has been three months. My doctor gave me the ok to try and get pregnant, but i just dont get how to calculate how many days my period are, and when my most fertile days are. Could someone plz help me.
