Is psychology and neurology the same?

I just wonder it because I just found out that there is in HS an AP class for psychology.I don't know yet if I would be a a neurology surgeon in some future but indeed I need to know how this two careers they differ and how are similar, although both look interesting. Therefore they have to do with the brain anomalies and I would be happy to see one person who is related to this topic, please. I would appreciate all class of answers, thank you so much!!!: )
