Why do modern teenage boys sag their pants deliberately?

Well, it just sort of happens to me. I'm fixing my pants in the mirror (yaknow, making sure my underwear isn't sticking out, etc.) and I just kinda leave 'em down. It just looks awkward on my *** if the pants are too high up (as in, it looks feminine), so I leave 'em sort of down.
